Our In-Store Return Policy
All purchases are final sale.
Should you change your mind after making a full price clothing purchase, you will have 14 days to exchange the item. All clothing must be unworn and have the original tags plus the receipt in order to be exchanged. Should you be unable to find an item to exchange for within the 14 days, a store credit will be issued. Sale clothing and clothing that has been reduced/marked down or purchased at a discount, is final sale and can not be exchanged.
The 14 day time frame begins on the date of purchase which is Day 1.
Jewelry, shoes, candles, undergarments and swimwear can not be exchanged.
Non-clothing items (aside from those specifically mentioned above) can also be exchanged within 14 days. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and include tags plus be in the original packaging from the manufacturer when applicable. Anything purchased ON SALE, marked down or at a percentage discount, is final sale and can not be exchanged.

Our Online Return Policy
We accept returns of full priced items purchased online if postmarked or returned in-store within 14 days of receiving the purchase. Should the postmark be after 14 days, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred. If the postmark is past 21 days, Aster House reserves the right to not process the return.
All clothing must be unworn and have the original tags plus the receipt in order to be eligible for return. Jewelry, shoes, candles, undergarments, and swimwear are final sale. Sale items and ANY ITEM that has been purchased at a reduced or marked down price or purchased at a percentage off discount, can not be returned or exchanged. All items must be in original condition.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Aster House is not responsible for lost/delayed packages.
